靜觀訓練
不少研究顯示靜觀訓練對痛症、壓力、焦慮和抑鬱復發等情緒問題有一定的幫助, 不少參加者希望透過運用靜觀 (Mindfulness) 的概念和技巧,以及開放和接納的態度更加了解自己和自己的身心靈得到滿足和健康。同時,亦透過靜觀練習讓受生活壓力的大衆學會接納當下自己和放鬆自己。
Many studies have shown that mindfulness training is helpful in resolving emotional problems such as pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. Many participants would like to better understand themselves, their bodies, and mind to achieve emotional satisfaction and health. At the same time, people are able to accept and forgive themselves during mindfulness training.
